If you are selling a home, purchasing a property, or moving within Dublin Borough, please be aware that certain requirements must be completed as part of the transfer and occupancy process. The Borough requires a sewer lateral inspection prior to the transfer of ownership to verify the condition of the property’s sewer connection and identify any potential issues. This helps protect the Borough’s wastewater system and ensures any necessary repairs or deficiencies are addressed. Utility certifications are also required prior to settlement to confirm that applicable Borough accounts and requirements have been reviewed as part of the property transfer process.

The Borough will inspect curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons throughout the Borough when a complaint is received or in advance of the paving of a specific road in the Borough.

At every council meeting there is time for public comment for any items not specifically listed on the agenda. At this time you can address the council with your concerns.

The Borough Manager helps set the agenda based on current events that come before the Borough. The President of Council maintains the final say on the agenda. If you are pursuing a land development, planning, or re-zoning issue, you will follow the flow of activities which will lead you to a council meeting once your particular application is ready for Council's consideration. All other requests should be addressed in writing to the Borough Manager.
